Vendor Booth Assignments
Please read the instructions related to the day-of carefully. This will tell you all about arrival times, set up rules, end of day procedures, etc.
Arrival Times!!
6:30 AM - 7:30 AM - Booth number: E1 - E20, 21 - 51, and 100 - 120 (+ Any non-sponsor in a booth starting with S)
7:30 AM - 8:30 AM - Booth numbers: EA - EH, 52 - 99
ANYTIME BEFORE 8:30 AM - OUT WONDERFUL SPONSORS. If you would like this kind of flexibility, consider sponsoring! We'd love to have you.
NO VEHICLES ALLOWED ON THE FIELD AFTER 8:30 AM!! Don't be that poor vendor that needs to carry their things on the field. We will do everything we can to help but we need to draw the line.
