Open to all Holliston residents 8-years-or-older. Family, friends, organizations and neighborhoods are encouraged to enter. Ribbons, prizes and the Holliston Selectman's Cup will be awarded. Cost is $10 per participant and participants can enter more than one race.

Race Categories:

• 1 man Kayak
• 2 woman Kayak
• Father/Son or Daughter Canoe
• Mother/Daughter or Son Canoe
• 2 person Mixed Canoe (men/women)
• Neighborhood Competition
• Over 90 Canoe Competition (must be over 90 years old)
• Swamp the Canoe Competition: Participants jump in and out of canoe when ordered from onshore.
• Selectmen's Cup: This will be a 2-person canoe trophy race and must feature participants from a local town, non-profit, church, community or school organization. The Selectman's Cup will be created and surrendered each year and on display at Town Hall.

4. PARENT/CHILD (children between 8-12 yrs. old) -2:00 p.m.
 
5. NEIGHBORHOOD CANOE RACE -2:30 p.m.
 
6. COMIBNED AGE OVER 90 CANOE RACE - 3:00 p.m.
 
7. SELECTMEN'S CUP - 3:30 p.m.
 

 
*Time allocated for additional races required in each category; No more than 10 boats per race; additional boats to compete in second or third heats.
