Electrical Booth Assignment Instructions
IMPORTANT:
In an effort to keep congestion to a minimum during set-up hours, we have the following policies in place:
1. Vehicle unload times are between the hours of 6:30 am and 8:00 am. All vehicles should be off the field by 8:30!!
2. Only 1 vehicle per booth on the field. No exceptions.
3. Once your vehicle is unloaded, you must get it off the field as soon as possible. Setting up your booth with your vehicle still parked on the field is not allowed. If you are concerned about leaving your items unattended while you relocate your vehicle, please arrange to have someone stay with them.
4. The day goes until 3:00. For the safety and enjoyment of all, we ask that ALL booths remain in place until 3:00! That last visitor might become your best patron!! If you need to leave earlier than 3:00 please set-up arrangements when entering the field.
These requests are designed to make set-up easier for everyone. For that reason, these will be strictly enforced.
Please remember you should bring your own set up, tent, tables, chairs, decorations and provisions for inclement weather.
IMPORTANT…If you have requested an electrical booth (these booths will start with an "E") you must bring all necessary cords and outlets for your setup. The cords must be at least 75 feet in length to reach the outlet that will be provided for you.
Vendor parking is all around town including streets and municipal lots. If you need handicapped accessible parking, please let the folks know at check in!!
All vehicles off the field by 8:30!!
Do not park on Green Street morning of.
At end of day, no vehicles can return for break down before 3:00.
Please make sure if you are preparing or serving food, you have talked to a booth coordinator & the Holliston Board of Health.
