Non-Electrical Booth Assignment Instructions
IMPORTANT:
In an effort to keep field congestion to a minimum during set-up hours, we are have the following policies in place:
1. Vehicle unload times are staggered based on booth number. Your time to come to the field will depend on your location on the field.
- Booths number 60 - 96, arrival time is 6:30 - 7:30
- Booths numbered 1 - 59, arrival time is 7:00 - 8:00
- Booths numbered 97 and greater, arrival time is 7:30 - 8:15
2. Only 1 vehicle per booth on the field. No exceptions.
All vehicles off the field by 8:45!!
3. Once your vehicle is unloaded, you must get out of the event area as soon as possible. Setting up your booth with your vehicle still parked on the street is not allowed. If you are concerned about leaving your items unattended while you relocate your vehicle, please arrange to have someone stay with them.
4. The day goes until 3:00. For the safety and enjoyment of all, we ask that ALL booths remain in place until 3:00! That last visitor might become your best patron!!
These requests are designed to make set-up easier for everyone. For that reason, these will be strictly enforced.
Please remember you should bring your own set up, tent, tables, chairs, decorations and provisions for inclement weather.
As a reminder, parking is at Placentino.
Please make sure if you are preparing or serving food, you have talked to a booth coordinator & the Holliston Board of Health.

- YOU ARE ON PAVEMENT - So bring WEIGHTS for your tent!! They don't have to be fancy or formal. Just something to keep that puppy on the ground!!! If you do not have, you will be required to run and find a solution!!!
