Non-Electrical Booth Assignment Instructions
In an effort to keep field congestion to a minimum during set-up hours, we are have the following policies in place:
1. Vehicle unload times are staggered based on booth number. Your time to come to the field will depend on your location on the field.
- Along the tennis courts or the back of the field (Booth #21-45), unload between 6:30 - 7:30
- On the inside of the field (Booth #46-97), Get ON the field between 7:30 - 8:30
- If you are a non-sponsor booth in sponsor rows (sponsor booths start with the letter "S"), please get on field between 7:30-8:00.
2. Only 1 vehicle per booth on the field. No exceptions.
All vehicles off the field by 8:45!!
3. Once your vehicle is unloaded, you must get it off the field as soon as possible. Setting up your booth with your vehicle still parked on the field is not allowed. If you are concerned about leaving your items unattended while you relocate your vehicle, please arrange to have someone stay with them.
4. The day goes until 3:00. For the safety and enjoyment of all, we ask that ALL booths remain in place until 3:00! That last visitor might become your best patron!!
These requests are designed to make set-up easier for everyone. For that reason, these will be strictly enforced.
Please remember you should bring your own set up, tent, tables, chairs, decorations and provisions for inclement weather.
As a reminder, parking downtown is going to be limited and you will not be able to park on the field.
Please make sure if you are preparing or serving food, you have talked to a booth coordinator & the Holliston Board of Health.
