Celebrate Holliston Festival


Saturday, September 20, 2014, 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.  ~ Goodwill Park, Green Street, Holliston  

Thank you for your interest in sharing your talent with the community!  Kindly complete the form below, attach a video/recording of your talent, and submit.  All submissions must be done no later than September 1, 2014.
You will hear from Carol Devine or Joan Sousa soon.  

Please note that the video need not contain the actual piece that would be planned for the Festival itself, rather, a sample of your talent that is reflective of your potential Celebrate Holliston performance.  Each artist will be limited to 20-30 minutes.  It is our goal to provide a broad range of engaging entertainment this year, and we thank you for your willingness to be a part of this vision!

    All applicants should be prepared for inclement weather.  Rain date, if necessary, will be on 9/28.

    In consideration of the acceptance of the undersigned’s participation in the Celebrate Holliston Festival, I, for the organization, its successors and assigns and its membership to hereby release and discharge Celebrate Holliston Inc., the town of Holliston and any sponsors or individuals associated with the event from all claims of damages, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever, in any manner arising out of the organization and its membership’s participation in said event. On behalf of the organization I will provide every participant a copy of this release.
