Vendor Booth Assignments
Please read the instructions related to the day-of carefully. This will tell you all about arrival times, set up rules, end of day procedures, etc.
Arrival Times!!
The Celebrate Holliston team will be greeting you at Damigella field early Saturday morning. They'll help you find your spot and remind you of the following rules:
- Vehicle unload times are between the hours of 6:30 am and 8:00 am. All vehicles should be off the field by 8:30!!
- Only 1 vehicle per booth on the field. No exceptions. This year, the field is EXTRA TIGHT with booths. The baseball diamond took a bite out of our available space :). We ask that you adhere to this rule. If you arrive with 2 VEHICLES, they CAN NOT be on the field at the same time.
- Once your vehicle is unloaded, you must get it off the field as soon as possible. Again, with the new space, we ask that you adhere to this rule.
- The day goes until 3:00. For the safety and enjoyment of all, we ask that ALL booths remain in place until 3:00!
- Vendor parking is at Robert Adams Middle School. You will be directed on-site. If you need handicapped accessible parking, please let the folks know at check in!
