I want to enter the Chili Contest!
You will gather your secret ingredients and prepare 1.5 gallons of your best chili the MORNING OF CELEBRATE HOLLISTON at the Masonic Lodge. The Board of Health requires all chili be prepared in our commercial kitchen the day of the contest.
The Masonic Lodge will be open at 5:30 am. Bring your pots, pans, spices, etc. and get cooking!
We will provide the electric crock pot, and volunteers will help dish out chili to the taste testers.
