Holiday Market Vendor Booth Agreement
Town Hall Vendor Agreement:
The applicant shall hold the Town of Holliston harmless from any and all claims, liability, assessments or
damages as a result of the applicant's use of the Upper Town Hall.
A floor plan showing the proposed placement of chairs, tables and other furnishings must be attached with the application. Furniture should have protection under the feet, and felt will be provided if the vendor needs.

damages as a result of the applicant's use of the Upper Town Hall.
A floor plan showing the proposed placement of chairs, tables and other furnishings must be attached with the application. Furniture should have protection under the feet, and felt will be provided if the vendor needs.
- Decorations must be non-flammable. Nothing may be taped, tacked, stapled or nailed to any surface. Rice, birdseed and glitter are not allowed.
- Prohibited items: Helium balloons, smoke/fog/bubble machines, pets and animals, lit candles or other open flames, outdoor tents
- All exits and windowsills must be kept clear and unobstructed.
- No curtains or other materials may be placed in front of the air intake vents or security cameras.
- Smoking is prohibited throughout the building.
- Children must be under the supervision of a responsible adult at all times, whether inside or outside the building.
- Access to areas beyond the Upper Town Hall, except the bathrooms on the main floor, is prohibited.
- No one shall go beyond the elevator access or bathrooms on the main floor or beyond the hall in the upper Town Hall unless prior permission is granted by the Town.
- Access to the balcony is prohibited.
- It is recommended that vendors get hotspots for Wi-Fi connection if they need internet access.
- Electricity may be available upon request (first come, first served), with use limited to ONE plug access. Vendors must supply their own cord. Power strips may not have more than four outlets in use. All cords must be covered with movable, rubber protection for the length of the cord. Adhesive covers such as duct tape may not be used.
- Any vendor that offers for sale, display, or distribution, any item that is illegal, or considered to be dangerous, vulgar, or offensive, shall be subject to removal of said items or display, and/or removal from the arena with no refund of payment. Stroll committee members have the final say on the appropriateness of item(s) in question. If you have a question as to whether an item may be considered in this category, please speak to the committee before November 15th. Please remember this is a family-friendly event!
Blair Square Agreement (only for Trolley Sponsors)
Blair Square Vendor Agreement
- Vendors must supply their own tents, tables, and chairs, and displays must be able to remain in the footprint of their space.
- Displays inside the vendor’s space are not to exceed 6’ from ground to top.
- Open flames are prohibited.
- Electricity is available, but the vendor must request electricity on application and supply extension cords.
- Spaces must be left clean, and trash must be carried off premises. There will not be trash disposal available. Trash cans in Blair Square are not for vendor booth use.
- It is recommended that vendors get hotspots for Wi-Fi connection if they need internet access.
- No merchandise containing the Holliston Stroll, Celebrate Holliston, or Holliston 300th logo will be authorized for sale, display, or distribution, without approval from the Holiday Stroll committee.
- Any vendor that offers for sale, display, or distribution, any item that is illegal, or considered to be dangerous, vulgar, or offensive, shall be subject to removal of said items or display, and/or removal from the arena with no refund of payment.
